👋 Meet the team – Rachit, Traffic Administrator

Meet our Traffic Administrator, Rachit, who ensures our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently! He started his career in the industry back in 2011 while working for a TV commerce company in India. Since then, Rachit has worked his way up through major companies across India and moved to Canada in 2022, where he found his passion in the field of work he loves.

Rachit’s main responsibilities include managing pricing, 3PL rates, spot quotes, and truck load and part load brokerage. His favorite part of the job is talking to customers and vendors to understand the industry better and create set processes and guidelines for achieving accuracy with efficiency.

🏏 In his free time, Rachit enjoys playing cricket, which is not a big sport in Canada, but he’s enrolled himself for slow pitch this summer so he can contribute with his cricket batting experience!
